I got a similar "Euro" kitchen faucet setup several years ago in another house we sold in 2020. It was difficult to install, and required head replacement a couple of times due to lime build up. Although no longer made in Germany (now Ch*na), it still seems like pretty good quality and they have improved the installation by routing the hot/cold supply lines through a common tube. The head has three stream modes - soft laminar water flow with no aeration, a spray mode, and a high-pressure spray mode. It defaults to the laminar flow, which works fine for me and exhibits some interesting flow properties.With the features and quality construction, this beat anything I could find in the big box stores. If you have hard water, I would recommend you buy a spare head or two as they are hard to get once the faucet goes out of production..
