I purchased this book as a Christmas present for my 11 year old daughter, she wanted to start drawing more and this was one of the books she had wanted. She absolutely loves the book and has not seemed to have any trouble drawing any of the figures she's tried yet. She received another Chibi book that has a little bit more instruction on the theory (I guess would be the word?) of drawing the characters, not sure if that part is left out of this one because it's a sequel book or not. We plan on purchased the original book for her at another time. It's a very good quality book and definitely worth the money if you want to draw cute little characters.Exactly what I needed to better practice my drawing with chili characters and other useful tips and tricksLove love love. It has such great information. Wish there was a 3rd one. It's so great!My daughters liked a few of the characters, but there is less concrete instruction for the younger beginner, so the book is not as useful as some.My daughter who loves to doodle, refers to this book often.Granddaughter use it lot of times.I own the first book in there series and now this one!These books are super full of info! Not only step by step instructions on how to draw great chibis BUT hot to market your art work, how to digitalize your work, and how to work with other mediums!In my opinion these are the best how to chibi books!
