After my Moen Edison failed after 3 years. The lifetime warranty replacement wouldn’t arrive for a few weeks at best. I bit the bullet and bought what would fit my 100 plus year old cast sink. ( the faucet holes are in odd places, similar to a bar sink or bathroom sink but at a weird angle, )With the holidays it was my only option. Installation was pretty simple, the faucet seems pretty heavy, the hot water pipe was slightly crimped, ( which has many complaints in the reviews) . The low flow of the faucet is easy to fix, just remove the restrictor, … I saw multiple people complain about the low flow, but it is a 10 second fix. It has great flow without the water restrictor. Overall it seems well made. But time will tell. TIPS for installing to prevent some of the issues people are having with this faucet. 1) Low flow, the hand sprayer has good pressure but the faucet doesn’t. Unscrew the sediment screen at the end of the faucet, then remove the plastic washer piece stuck into the faucet, that’s the flow restrictor. It will pop right out. That will fix the low flow issues. 2) dripping sprayer. After done spraying and water is off , press the sprayer to release the pressure. 3) crimped hot water line…. Can’t fix the crimp , I think it is due to poor packaging. And they are very thin copper lines. So to not make it any worse, connect your new supply lines prior to installing. Use two wrenches , on a flat surface as those small copper lines would be easy to twist under a sink, decreasing flow even more. In conclusion this seems like an okay faucet. Priced hundreds less than the name brand competitors. It looks nice and works well, But most of the complaints I’ve seen are from people who may installed wrong or don’t understand that they can remove the flow restrictor.
