The product was thoughtfully packaged with detail to preventing damage. The inside was lined with 1/4”-1/2” foam and also compartmentalized, separating the various components with dividers. The spout itself was further secured inside of a protective cloth sleeve. The package comes with a hardware kit inside which includes brass threaded adapter and brass slip on adapter. Slip on adapter has OD and ID o-rings. Kit has a roll of thread seal tape, handful of rubber gaskets, and allen wrench for the set screw. I have never done any plumbing work and it took me about ten minutes to remove old spout and replace. The hand sprayer is exquisite. The steel hose is incredibly flexible, not rigid and uncooperative like most hand sprayers. Every spray setting performed exceptionally and with amazing water pressure. The cleaning jet (or whatever the company is calling it) that comes from the top of the hand sprayer head is activated via button on the back of sprayer, and you could use it to power wash your driveway if you wanted to. Very powerful. The diverter worked flawlessly and not one drop of water came from somewhere it shouldn’t be, zero leaks. I did not use the wall mounted sprayer holder as I opted to purchase one that uses suction for adherence so that I can move it around as needed, and it has pivot capabilities. But the included holder looks to be well crafted and would definitely serve its purpose. I found the product to be high value for your money, easy to install, the performance was fantastic, and overall I am very pleased with the purchase. Would recommend to anyone.
