Installation instructions were very clear and was provide with extra washer and Plummer tape. I was able to install in 30 minutes. The bidet worked very well for 6 months. No issues, suddenly yesterday, the metal spiral hose pipe at the T joint started leaking and flooded my bath room. I want this issue to be addressed. Thank you,Exactly what we wantedUpdate: after the first review, the seller reached out and sent a new hose. The hose was the one with leak. My handyman hasnt installed the bidet but im looking forward to a long lasting bidet..Its pretty when gets installed. The first 6 months are great but suddenly starts leaking and almost flooded the whole newly renovated bathroom. It sucks.. I shouldve read the reviews before buying...Very good productAwesome! Great utility for bathroom. Sturdy and strong water pressure.Good unit!Quality / Color has to improve, missing the rubber washerThe thing comes with some really cheap Teflon like tape. Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot and get stuff for $2.29 or so and you’ll be better off.The instructions say hand tighten connections only to prevent the company from paying out refunds for those who damage the device either the finish or the gaskets with wrenches and in this case what you should use a pair of channel locks as the toilet side connector is round and impossible to grip with ordinary wrench.. There is simply no way to get this fitted without leaks by hand.
