this is a great product well made and the price was an absolute bargain thank youI had originally written a complaint type review in which I now retract. It is not the faucet that was detective after all. My son came for the holiday and said he'd like to look at the faucet. It turns out the two different people, one being hired through a professional plumbing company could not get the faucet to stop leaking and they said the faucet was defective. Turns out those two plumbers were defective!! My son reinstalled the faucet and told me one of the plumbers damaged the threads on the brass fittings. My son bought new brass fittings and the faucet is not leaking and Im loving it.Thank YouI installed this within a few hours of receiving it.I must say I am very impressed with the how robust the product feels. I was nervous it was a brand I never head of but not any more..For those who are going to place the water handle on the right, Hot water is to the front if you connect Red hose to Hot and Blue hose to Cold. So if want Hot when you push handle to rear, simply revers the water supply lines.Water pressure is stronger out of this unit compared to the Moen 7545 I replaced. That model water from your hands will catch under the handle and form a ring over time not to mention run down and collect at the base unlike this model.Great product at just the right price. It was an extra touch of care that an extra piece (ie washer or gasket) was included for everything. The installation instructions were easy and it installed as nice as it looked. My only question was why the faucet was made so that turning the handles inward turned off the water as opposed to outward. Maybe it was just me, but almost all bathroom sinks I’ve installed have the handles turning inward to turn on and outward to turn off. This was opposite.I bought this faucet set for my church's sink-awesome upgrade for it! I like how it has an additional handle for the sprayer and the length is great for a 3 compartment sink to get everything. It was easy to install and it fit perfect, no issues with install! Great for a large sink and lots of dishes!I love the faucet , however the connector to mount it is not long enough to install on a slate sink measuring 1 1/4 in. thick. the connector needs to be an inch longer. Customer service contacted me within 24 hours and is sending me the nipples long enough to mount on a slate sink excellent customer serviceWorth the priceThere are several similar looking faucets listed here. Some even looked like they may have come out of the same factory but with different brand names. A few range from $70 to more than $150. So, I picked a mid price one and purchased this one hoping for the best.Glad I did. Just what I wanted. Looks great, appears to be quality and does exactly what I wanted. Especially the spray part. (if you want a powerful spray, remove the plastic water saver in the head before installing) It is powerful to the point that any more power and I'd have water splashing everywhere. The pull down head works smooth and is flexible. Can reach every corner of the sink.About other claims of an easy install: It might be or not depending on your situation. I called a plumber and it took him an hour to remove the old and install this one. Not much room under my sink.The heightI love it. My adult son came over and saw it and he loves it!
